TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Vespa Tour With Sidecar with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book our services.

2. Booking
a. To book a Vespa Tour With Sidecar, you must provide accurate and complete information during
the booking process. Payment details must also be provided, and you agree to pay the fees
associated with your booking.

3. Requirements
a. All participants in the Vespa Tour With Sidecar must meet the following requirements:
i. Minimum Age: Passengers must be at least 5 years old, as specified on our website.
ii. Passenger Seating: One Vespa with sidecar is designed for 2 guests. One person will ride behind
the driver, while the second guest will be seated in the sidecar. The Vespa sidecar is always shared.
For solo travelers or odd-numbered groups, a single Vespa with a driver will be provided, meaning
NO sidecar.
iii. Weight Limit: Please note that there is an individual weight limit of 100kg/220lbs for the Vespa
tour.
iv. Height Limit: Please note that there is an individual height limit of 195cm/6.4ft for the Vespa
tour.

4. Safety

a. Customers are not driving the Vespas themselves but will be accompanied by a driver. Customers
must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may result in termination
of the tour.

5. Liability Waiver
a. By participating in our Vespa Tour With Sidecar, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated
with riding a Vespa and agree to release Romaround Tours Società Cooperativa from any liability
for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm that may occur during the tour.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. No refund for
cancellations within 48 hours of the tour's start time.

7. Weather Policy
a. In case of rain, the tours will still run, and we provide ponchos.

8. Privacy Policy
a. Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on
our website.

9. Intellectual Property
a. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our
permission.

10. Termination
a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in our Vespa Tour With Sidecar
at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms
a. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and

By booking a Self-drive Tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of
Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book our services.

2. Booking
a. To book a Self-drive Tour, you must provide accurate and complete information during the
booking process. Payment details must also be provided, and you agree to pay the fees associated
with your booking.

3. Driver Requirements
a. All participants in the Self-Drive Tour must meet the following requirements:
i. Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 20 years old.
ii. Driving Experience: Prior experience driving a Vespa or scooter is mandatory.
iii. Driver's License: Drivers must possess a valid European driving license for cars or motorcycles
(B or A license). If you reside outside the European Community, an international driving license
is required, together with a valid driver's license from your own country.
iv. Physical License: Please bring your physical driver's license (no photos).
v. Physical Fitness: Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.

4. Safety
a. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff. Failure to do so
may result in termination of the tour.

may affect the tour. We will do our best to provide an alternative date or a full refund in case of
cancellations due to poor weather conditions.

By booking and participating in our Self-Drive Tour, you acknowledge that you have read,

By renting a Vespa with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service
("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not rent our Vespa.

2. Driver Requirements
a. All renters of our Vespa must meet the following requirements:
i. Minimum Age: The minimum age for a driver is 20 years old.
ii. Driving Experience: Prior experience of driving a Vespa or scooter is mandatory.
iii. Driver's License: Renters must possess a valid European driving license for cars or motorcycles
(B or A license). If you reside outside the European Community, an international driving license
is required, along with a valid driver's license from your own country.
iv. Physical License: Please bring your physical driver's licenses (European, international, and your
own country's license; no photos).
v. Credit Card: A credit card is required for rental.

3. Responsibilities
a. Renters are responsible for:
i. Abiding by the Italian Highway Code and any applicable laws and regulations while operating
the Vespa.
ii. Returning the Vespa on the day indicated in the Agreement. Failure to return the vehicle shall
be considered theft (art. 646 of Italian Code of Penal Law).
iii. Covering costs such as fuel, parking, fines, towing in the event of an accident or by the
Authorities, and damages caused to the vehicle.
iv. Returning the vehicle to the place from which it was picked up.

4. Insurance
a. The Vespa rentals are covered with civil liability insurance. The Lessor guarantees that the
vehicle is covered by an R.C.A. insurance guarantee with a deductible of €400 to be applied for
each active/passive claim, with a ceiling whose amount is available to the customer upon request.

b. The Customer is responsible for compensation beyond this limit and is required to indemnify
the Lessor for any damage, cost, expense, or loss also deriving from claims of third parties,
possibly suffered or sustained by the same cause or in any case in relation to the related claim.

5. Fines and Penalties
a. Please note that fines can arrive up to 90 days after the rental, and there are penalties of €350
for theft and €400 for an accident.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Vespa rental cannot be refunded in case of a lack of driving experience.
b. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience's start time, the amount paid will not be
refunded. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
